Accessibility Statement
Last reviewed: 7 June 2026
We want Quenderin to be usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technologies. This statement covers this website.
Conformance
This website aims to conform to WCAG 2.1 level AA, the standard referenced by the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882), the harmonised standard EN 301 549, the US Section 508, and the UK accessibility regulations.
Measures we take
- Semantic HTML with a single, logical heading structure and landmark regions.
- A "skip to content" link and fully keyboard-operable navigation and controls.
- Visible keyboard focus indicators on every interactive element.
- Text and interface colours chosen to meet AA contrast; meaning is never conveyed by colour alone.
- Tabular figures, descriptive link text, and clear labels on every interactive control.
- Reduced motion is honoured: with
prefers-reduced-motionenabled, the animated gradient and scroll animations are disabled and a static frame is shown. - Decorative graphics (the gradient canvas and product mockups) are marked
aria-hiddenso screen readers skip them. - The site loads no third-party scripts, so it behaves predictably with assistive tech.
Known limitations
The hero uses an animated colour gradient behind white text; we apply a darkening layer and a text shadow for legibility, and the animation stops under reduced-motion settings. If you find any element hard to read or operate, please tell us — see below.
Feedback
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, contact us at quenderin@aulenor.com and we will do our best to fix it promptly. Please include the page and a description of the problem.
Enforcement
If you are in the EU and are not satisfied with our response, you may contact your national accessibility enforcement body. In the UK, the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) is responsible.
